Ageas Optima Landlord - Product Withdrawal 01/01/2023

Ageas will no longer accept Landlord New Business with effect from 01/01/2023.

There is no exception to this date, even if a policy is submitted and somehow manages to go on risk 01/01/2023 or after, this cannot and will not be accepted. 

For this reason, with effect from this evening, Ageas will no longer provide quotes from Quoforma+ for Landlord New Business.

The Landlord market is not a core area for Ageas and they have decided to concentrate on their core products, market and distribution.

Any Ageas landlord policies that are due to renew from 01/01/2023 onwards will be offered an alternative quote and premium through the existing providers on panel.
